  1. Mash the kidney beans until smooth.
  2. Mix in onion, garlic, salt and pepper, herbs and spices.
  3. Add the rolled oats and mix well.
  4. Shape into 4-6 balls and press into a burger shape.
  5. Fry in a pan for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
