(Some short info about me: After living a vegetarian life for about 15 years, I became vegan in 2010, which was when I took a course in astrobiology and was wondering what those extraterrestrials would think when looking at the Earth and what humans do to other species. I have studied maths and physics and worked for the dark side of the force for several years, before deciding to study astronomy (which is what I do now). I have multiple food allergies and intolerances, e.g. gluten, wheat, maize, rice, tomatoes, peanuts, nuts, etc. … a really long list. As a result, I see cooking as some kind of science and/or applied mathematics – yes, I’m a bit of a nerd :). I hope to be able to regularly post some new recipes, but I’m quite busy in general, so bear with me.)
